This four-minute teaser showed actor Vikram in a new look as a shopkeeper and a few hooligans waiting outside his store to attack him, to which he replied with a gunshot, making them run for their lives. The teaser clearly mentions that Chiyaan Vikran will be seen as a local don who has a dark background. It looks like the director, SU Arun Kumar, wants to show the present in this part and will reveal the real story of the character in the next part.
