2 weeks ago 29

The situation in Indian Railways is degrading with each passing day as almost daily we get to witness a video in which ticketless passengers are entering and sitting in the sleeper and the 3rd AC coaches. There have been few videos in which the ticketless passengers have entered the 2nd and 1st AC coaches as well and according to the passengers, no action is being taken by the railways despite repeated complaints.

One of the biggest issues that passengers are facing nowadays is that the Railway Protection Force is having no presence in trains because of which these ticketless passengers are doing whatever they want and people who are paying huge amount for the tickets have to adjust with these individuals who are travelling without spending a penny.

There is no denying the fact that the Indian Railways have developed a lot under the Modi government but it is also true that in the past few months, the railway ministry is focusing so much on Vande Bharat trains that it has forgotten to give any attention to the passengers of other trains.

Currently, a video of a ticketless passenger is going viral in which a woman is refusing to leave the seat despite the fact that it is not her seat and she is asking the passenger who has the ticket of the seat to call the TC if he is having any problem.

The video has been viewed for more than 1 million times but we sincerely hope that the Railway minister also watches the video and now he should understand that it is high time that he and his ministry should take proper steps for taking care of the passengers who are paying a high amount for the tickets.
