The five times champion IPL team Mumbai Indians is back on the winning ways as they have registered victory in the last two matches after tasting defeat in the first three matches.
Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav who is also known as Mr. 360 degree is getting a lot of praises for the blistering knock that he played in the last match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. SKY smashed 52 runs for which he played only 19 deliveries and his innings included 5 fours and 4 sixes and helped his team in chasing the target of 197 runs.
Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh was highly impressed with Suryakumar Yadav and he compared the Indian cricketer with the former South African legend AB de Villiers. Harbhajan Singh said that nobody survives when SKY shines, adding that we all have seen AB de Villiers and he is an unbelievable player but when he sees Suryakumar Yadav, he thinks that he is a better version of AB de Villiers.
He added that he has never seen any other batter dominating like this and it is really difficult to ascertain where to bowl him. He is happy that he is not playing cricket now otherwise where he would have bowled to SKY at this age.
Harbhajan who is also known as Bhajji has played 163 IPL matches in which he has taken 150 wickets and for the majority part of his IPL career (2008-2017), he has been a part of Mumbai Indians and after that, he played for Chennai Super Kings till 2021.
As far as the match between MI and RCB is concerned, RCB managed to post the total of 196/8 with the help of brilliant knocks of Faf du Plessis (61 runs, 40 balls, 4 fours & 3 sixes), Rajat Patidar (50 runs, 26 balls, 3 fours & 4 sixes) and Dinesh Karthik (53 runs, 23 balls, 5 fours & 4 sixes).
The MI pacer Jasprit Bumrah was on fire as he took a fifer and gave only 21 runs in his 4 overs. MI started the chase in style as Ishan Kishan played a blistering knock of 69 runs for which he played only 34 deliveries and his innings included 7 fours and 5 sixes. Rohit Sharma also played a useful knock of 38 runs (24 balls, 3 fours & 3 sixes) while the skipper Hardik Pandya played a quick knock of 21 runs not out (6 balls, 3 sixes) and ensured that his team ended as the winner.
